A request for application does not ensure entry into the show and requests will be considered as they come in based on availability. Please Include name, address, phone number and specifics regarding what you would like to apply for - artist/crafter with art medium, food, game, etc. The more specific the better.

Saturday, April 30, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Sunday, May 1, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
On Sunday, do not load out until the last performance on the stage nearest your booth has closed. We will not permit cars or trucks on the festival gounds when crowds are watching a performance.
All booths are required to be open during specified hours both days. Exhibitors will be responsible for all booth structures, set-up, and furnishings, i.e. tables, chairs, extension cords, signage, lighting, drapes, etc. Participants will be asked to leave without refund if not in compliance with Festival rules. No exclusive rights for sale of any item will be guaranteed. Booth participants are responsible for cash on hand to make change.
