Jazz Dance is a dynamic

This class is a combination of both contemporary and traditional jazz styles. The instructor combines elements borrowed from all technical styles, still deeply rooted in the technique of traditional jazz dance. Dancers will build a strong technique that focuses on strength, flexibility and musicality.

With elements of challenging movements combined with great music you will become a confident dancer and a flawless performer. Whether you’re a novice or an advanced beginner dancer, a great time will be had by all dancers.

Instructor

Jeffrey Bynum was born in Washington DC, where he began training at the Jones & Haywood School of Ballet and Duke Ellington High School for the Performing & Visual Arts.

After graduation, Jeffrey relocated to NYC to study at The Ailey School and Dance Theater of Harlem. Mr. Bynum has worked with Philadanco, Dance Theater of Harlem and New York Contemporary Dance Company as well as several Broadway and Off-Broadway shows.
